  2. No Advisory or Financial Services

    StockSwitch strictly prohibits the interpretation of any educational content, mentorship, or program material as financial advice or guaranteed income guidance. No stock tips, calls, or signals are provided. All market-related learning is for educational purposes only. We do not operate client trading accounts or offer direct investment products. We never ask for capital, passwords, or access to any financial account.

  3. Non-Refundable Program Fees

    All program fees paid to StockSwitch are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances. By enrolling, users acknowledge that they are paying for structured educational content and mentorship access, not for profits, returns, or trading results.

  4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

    Participants must: Be 18 years or older. Accept that trading/investing involves market risk, including loss of capital. Assume full responsibility for their trades, losses, and decisions. Not hold StockSwitch liable for any personal financial outcomes, trading losses, or missed opportunities.

  5. No Guarantee of Profit or Job

    StockSwitch does not: Guarantee profits, account returns, or successful trades. Promise or ensure job placements, internships, or industry access. Commit to lifetime access in case of misconduct or abuse of terms. Even in programs offering NISM and job support, selection or placement is not guaranteed, and depends entirely on external organizations, candidate merit, and market demand.

  6. Intellectual Property Protection

    All course materials, strategies, PnL case studies, templates, and community content are intellectual property of StockSwitch. Users may not: Resell, distribute, or republish any content. Share internal documents or course links outside the group. Use StockSwitch material for commercial use or training programs without written consent. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund, and legal action under Indian copyright law.

  7. Student Conduct and Removal Policy

    We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs or community platforms if they: Violate these Terms. Attempt to misrepresent, defame, or falsely accuse StockSwitch or its mentors. Share misleading testimonials or PnL information. Solicit business or promote personal services in the group. No refunds or access continuation will be provided in such cases.

  8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. StockSwitch reserves the right to file criminal or civil action under laws of India, including but not limited to SEBI Act, 1992, Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Indian Penal Code in case of fraud, defamation, or legal breach.

  9. Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement

    StockSwitch cooperates fully with SEBI, ED, CBI, and other authorities where applicable. We maintain transparency in operations and do not participate in any unauthorized financial activity. Any user found misrepresenting or falsely associating StockSwitch with illegal advisory, tipster services, or account trading will face legal action.

  10. Consent and Acknowledgement

    By enrolling in any StockSwitch program or engaging with our platform in any form, you: Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. Agree not to hold StockSwitch or its team liable for any loss, claim, or expectation mismatch. Waive any right to initiate financial claim, refund request, or reputational harm. These terms form a legally binding contract and will be upheld under the applicable laws of India.
